THE TRADE-X SOFTWARE AND HARI AI CO-PILOT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE WARRANT THAT MARKET QUOTES WILL BE ACCURATE OR UNCORRUPTED UNDER ABNORMAL MARKET CONDITIONS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing international software licenses, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be settled exclusively in competent courts of jurisdiction.
