General High-Risk Warning

Trading leveraged financial products—including foreign exchange (Forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), spot metals, energy derivatives, and algorithmic strategies—carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade any financial instrument, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

There is a substantial possibility that you may sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment. You should never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.

Trade-X strictly restricts live execution routing to compliant, approved institutional frameworks and does not solicit unauthorized retail Forex trading in restricted territories.

5. Technical & Connectivity Risks
